Equitable Admissions
St. John’s College has engaged in a process to ensure equity in the admission process. As such, required general education courses ensure that our students are college-ready, so no standardized exam, including the Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI) standardized Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS), is needed for undergraduate admission.
Application Deadlines
St. John’s College uses rolling admissions for program acceptance. That means that throughout the year we evaluate applications and application materials as they are received. Completed applications are reviewed on a space available basis with priority review for fall admission for applications completed by April 1.
Once your application and all transcripts are received, you will receive an email regarding your admission status per the following schedule:
- Applications and application materials received from the 1st to the 15th of each month will receive an email from the College by the last day of that month.
- (e.g., application and application materials received on March 12, will receive an email by March 31).
- Applications and application materials received from the 16th to the last day of each month will receive an email from the College by the 15th of the next month.
- (e.g., Application and application materials received on March 18, will receive an email by April 15).
All fall semester applicants will be notified by email of their admission status by June 1.
Admitted undergraduate students, excluding the RN to BSN program, will be required to attend a mandatory nursing program orientation on the second Thursday of June (June 13, 2024) and attend a mandatory one-day nursing program on-boarding in August before the semester begins.
