Participants have the options of attending the Meditation Circle in-person or online using the Zoom platform.
This is a free, drop-in class. Take 30 minutes out of your busy week to calm your mind and refresh your body. The format includes gentle stretching, guided meditations, and reflections that highlight using the mind-body connection to enhance health and well-being.
