New in 2025 | Everything you need to know in one class!
This class will prepare you for childbirth, provide education on breastfeeding and how to care for your newborn.

One Saturday a month | 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Prepared Childbirth: The below topics will be covered during this portion of the class.

The role of a "labor coach"
Signs of labor
What to expect during labor and delivery
Breathing and relaxation techniques
Variations of labor and delivery
Caesarean birth
Options for labor and delivery

Breastfeeding: The following topics will be discussed to provide answers and confidence to get started breastfeeding.

Benefits of breastfeeding
Skin-to-skin
Feeding cues
Effective positioning and latching

Newborn Care: Learn what to expect as a new parent. This is also great for dads! Basic newborn care and safety will be discussed.
