Let us do the cooking! Drive thru dinner set for July 8

Monday, July 8 | 5 to 6:30 p.m.

The HSHS St. Francis Hospital Auxiliary will sponsor their third of six drive-thru dinners on Monday, July 8 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. to support the hospital’s Cancer Center expansion project. 

Dinners must be ordered by noon on Wednesday, July 3. Orders can be placed online at nelsonscatering.com/St.-Francis-Hospital-Auxiliary, in the hospital gift shop or by contacting Paula Endress at 217-324-8200.

The July 8 drive-thru dinner pickup will take place in front of the main hospital entrance.

The meal will feature pulled pork BBQ (without bun), cheesy potatoes, baked beans and a roll, all prepared by Nelson’s Catering of Springfield, with a homemade dessert provided by Auxiliary bakers. Cost per meal is $14. 

Additional drive-thru dinners with various menus will take place on August 12, September 9 and October 14.
