MyHR is just what it sounds like - your one stop shop for all your HR needs. MyHR is accessible 24/7 from work, home or on-the-go and allows you to search resource articles, update your personal information, submit questions and receive answers to all of your HR-related questions. Whether you're looking for resources or need to connect with an HR representative, MyHR is here for you.

If you have questions along the way be sure to contact the HR Service Center by eithe creating a case in Workday Help, or calling 1-855-394-4747. HR Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST) to answer any questions you might have.

Enroll in Your Benefits (Time Sensitive) 
A task will be automatically created within Workday that allows you to enroll in benefits. If you do not enroll by the deadline indicated within Workday, you will be considered to have waived the offers of coverage.  You will not have insurance under the HSHS plans and will not be permitted to join the benefit plans until annual enrollment or you experience a qualifying status change.

Beneficiary Designation
In addition to your Supplemental Life Insurance options, HSHS automatically provides Basic Term Life & AD&D coverage at no cost to you. Designate your Beneficiaries when enrolling in benefits within Workday.

Submit Supporting Documentation
If you are enrolling dependents under any of the HSHS insurance plans for the first time, you are required to provide proof of eligibility. Supporting documentation should be sent to the HSHS HR Service Center via fax to (217) 492-5896.

The HSHS EAP program provides you and your eligible dependents with support to manage the stress and challenges of life. The program is available to all HSHS colleagues without enrollment, and there is no cost to you.

Discover your Retirement Benefits and Designate your Beneficiary
Enrolling in the HSHS 403(b) plan with Fidelity Investments is a great opportunity for you to invest in your future. That's why all eligible HSHS colleagues hired or rehired with HSHS on or after July 1, 2014 are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate after 60 days of employment. Unless you choose otherwise, your contribution amount will continue to increase by 1% each year until you reach 8%.
