HSHS introduces newly formed team of executive leaders serving its Wisconsin Market in Green Bay, Sheboygan and Oconto Falls

August 23, 2024

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is pleased to introduce its newly formed team of executive leaders serving its Wisconsin Market at HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan and HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls.

Robert J. Erickson serves as HSHS Wisconsin Market President and CEO, with oversight of all four hospitals. He also serves as President and CEO for HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay. Robert succeeded Brian Charlier in this role in April, following Brian’s retirement.

John Wagner serves as HSHS Wisconsin Market Chief Operating Officer, a new role for the Wisconsin Market which provides leadership for the new Chief Administrative Officer roles at HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital and HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital. John previously served as President and CEO of the former HSHS Sacred Heart and St. Joseph’s hospitals in Western Wisconsin.

The Chief Administrative Officers now positioned at HSHS St. Nicholas and St. Clare have extensive experience in nursing and leadership, and are focused on supporting and enhancing overall operations including operational efficiencies, patient experience, and colleague engagement and retention:
  • Andrew Bowman, BHA, RN, serves as Chief Administrative Officer at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital. He previously served HSHS and its physician partner, Prevea Health, as an Executive Director of Specialty Care at its former locations in Western Wisconsin.
  • Colleen Koski, MSN, RN, was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital on Aug. 4. She has served in various leadership roles at the hospital since joining in 2008.

Efforts are currently underway to recruit a Chief Administrative Officer for HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center, a role previously held by Isabelle Garibaldi, DNP, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, CENP, CPPS, and who was recently named HSHS Wisconsin Market Chief Nursing Officer. In this new role, Isabelle is responsible for nursing functions, best practices and efficiencies throughout all four HSHS hospitals in Northeast Wisconsin. She joined HSHS in March, bringing more than 20 years of health care management and leadership to the ministry.

Ted Collison, MD, was named HSHS Wisconsin Market Chief Medical Officer in June. He joined Prevea Health in 2010 as a general and trauma surgeon, and previously served in various leadership roles including Chief Medical Information Officer and Chief Physician Executive for HSHS hospitals in Wisconsin.

“In addition to serving these ministries, we are all also very proud to live in the communities we serve,” said Erickson, of the newly formed executive leadership team. “We are committed to growing programs and services for our patients, and investing in our ministries in Green Bay, Sheboygan and Oconto Falls so that we can continue to serve these communities at the highest level  - just as our founding Hospital Sisters set out to do nearly 150 years ago.”
