Located on HSHS St. Mary's Hospital campus, HSHS Occupational Health & Wellness offers health care for workers of Central Illinois.

The practice works with you on preventing injury and disease, promoting wellness, helping you recover and return to work. The staff is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while providing solutions for employers and organizations.

The Occupational Health & Wellness Clinic specializes in the following: Pre-employment physicals, Post-job offer functional testing, DOT physicals, Substance testing, Fit for Duty exams, Audio testing, Workers Compensation injury treatment, Work Hardening/Work Conditioning, Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)

The office is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
