Outpatient testing is available Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Although appointments are not required for outpatient testing (unless you need therapeutic phlebotomies), please stop at patient registration before going to the laboratory. This is a cash pay service. Payment is due at time of service and cannot be billed to your insurance.
Lipid Panel: $15
Helps determine an individual’s risk of heart disease, ensuring proper diagnosis and treatment for borderline or high-risk issues. Fasting required.
A1c Test: $10
Provides a record of the average blood glucose levels over the past 3 months to assess your risk of diabetes.
TSH Test: $15
The thyroid-stimulating hormone evaluates thyroid function and/or symptoms of thyroid disorder, including hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.
PSA Test (men only): $15
Prostate specifi c antigen measures a specifi c protein produced by the male prostate, and is used to help detect prostate cancer or other prostate abnormalities.
Vitamin D: $15
Measures the Vitamin D in the blood and possible deficiencies, which can determine bone abnormalities.
