Registration Open for Fall Health Fair

Registration is now open for the Fall 2024 Community Health Fair at HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Highland. The health fair will be Wednesday, Oct. 23 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, 12866 Troxler Ave., from 6 to 10:30 a.m.
The tests available at the Fall 2024 Community Health Fair will be:
Appointments are required by Oct. 20 for lab draws. There are limited spots available and on-site registration will not be accepted for testing. To register, visit www.myhshs.org. Registration is not needed to attend the vendor fair.

When you log in to your MyHSHS account, follow these steps to access the registration for HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Highland’s Health Fair:
Those needing additional assistance setting up a MyHSHS account, registering or have any further questions for the health fair may call 618-651-2739.
No payments will be taken at the time of the pre-registration. Payment will be expected the day of the health fair by cash or check. Checks should be made payable to HSHS.
St. Joseph’s Hospital will not bill your insurance plan for any service rendered at the health fair. You may submit your health fair receipt to your insurance plan, but St. Joseph’s Hospital will not be able to provide an insurance claim.
Test results will be sent to attendees’ MyHSHS account. No test results will be mailed or faxed to a participant’s health care provider.
The tests available at the Fall 2024 Community Health Fair will be:
- Comprehensive Panel $45
- Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) (men only) $15
- Hemoglobin A1C $10
- Vitamin D $15

- Login or create a MyHSHS account by clicking “Sign Up Now.” Be sure to use your full proper name that matches your HSHS medical record.

- Under Find Care section at the top of the dropdown menu, click on Health Fair.
- Click on “Southern Illinois Health Fair.”
- Under Oct. 23 SJH Health Fair, select desired time.
- During registration if asked to bill insurance select “no.”
