Ronda, Jeremy and Luca's story

Jeremy and Ronda chose to have their baby at HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese because it was important for them to be close to home. Little Luca was born just three days shy of her due date, but her delivery didn’t go as expected. The doctors and nurses were there to calm Jeremy and Ronda of their worries. Due to respiratory issues Luca had to stay in the Level II Nursery for an extended stay. Jeremy and Ronda were so grateful to stay close to home with their little girl. They appreciated all of the information the doctors and nurses provided them and felt relieved that a nurse was by Luca’s side 24 hours a day while in the nursery. They could not have been happier with the care they received and how much the doctors and nurses truly cared for them and their baby girl.
