2024 Colleague of the Year Announced

HSHS St. John’s Hospital announced its 2024 Colleague of the Year. Terra McMasters, LPN II, Medical Unit, February Colleague of the Month, received the award.
“Terra treats each patient she cares for with dignity and respect,” reads a nomination. “She truly listens to each patient and does her best to meet their needs.”
“HSHS St. John’s Hospital is honored to have a colleague who exemplifies our Core Values of Respect, Care, Competence and Joy,” said Matt Fry, President and CEO of HSHS Central Illinois Market and President and CEO of HSHS St. John’s Hospital. “Terra is someone who goes above and beyond for the patients she serves, as well as for the colleagues she works with.”
The Colleague of the Year is selected from the Colleagues of the Month announced throughout the year. Colleagues of the Month are nominated and selected by their peers.
