Colleen Koski, MSN, RN, named Chief Administrative Officer at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital

OCONTO FALLS, Wis. — HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce Colleen Koski, MSN, RN, as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The CAO is a new role at HSHS that provides on-site, localized leadership overseeing nursing, operations and all other organizational functions of the hospital. 

Colleen’s leadership experience at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital spans 16 years. She joined the hospital (formerly known as Community Memorial Hospital) in 2008, her scope of responsibilities including oversight of medical/surgical, swing bed rehabilitation and emergency services. She most recently served as Director of Nursing. As CAO, Colleen is now part of the newly formed team of executive leaders serving the HSHS Wisconsin Market. 

“My time here at the hospital and as a member of the Oconto County community have provided me a front row seat to the tremendous growth and development that HSHS St. Clare has experienced in its programs and health care offerings to the community,” said Colleen. “I am proud to serve this ministry alongside my colleagues and the medical professionals who provide care here. Together, we look forward to future growth and expansion of our services so that we can continue to provide the care our communities need and want as close to home as possible.”  

In total, Colleen’s nursing career spans 38 years across variety of acute and critical care settings. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with an Emphasis in Leadership in Healthcare from Grand Canyon University. 

Colleen and her husband, Dave are longstanding residents of Oconto County. They live in Sobieski and enjoy spending time with their three grown children and granddaughter, who all live in the area.
