New Family Medicine provider in Troy welcoming new patients

HSHS Medical Group is pleased to welcome Dr. Katelin Krystowiak, family medicine, to their team. Dr. Krystowiak is now scheduling patients at HSHS Medical Group Family Medicine –Troy, located at 7342 State Route 162 in Troy.
As a primary care physician, Dr. Krystowiak cares for patients of all ages and offers a variety of services, including minor procedures, general wellness, well-child visits, women’s health care, and acute and chronic illness management.
Dr. Krystowiak earned her Bachelor of Medical Sciences at the University of Western Ontario in London in Ontario, Canada. She received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Krystowiak completed a family medicine residency at the University of Wisconsin, Fox Valley in Appleton, Wisconsin.
