Some insurance programs cover a portion of treatment. It is recommended to contact your insurance company to verify coverage and to obtain pre-authorization if required by your insurance. Please bring your insurance card with you to ensure we have the correct information and address for billing. Personal payment plans can also be set up prior to treatment.
Various insurances, BadgerCare and Medicare, may also be managed by a Health Maintenance Organization, in which case a prior authorization would have to be obtained before admission. We will help you determine this when you call.
If your insurance does not carry benefits for alcohol or drug treatment or mental health counseling, another source of funding would have to be obtained before treatment.

At Libertas, you’ll find dedicated resources to help individuals living in rural areas without insurance or who have limited access to care. It’s all part of a collaborative effort between Libertas Treatment Center and Prevea Health to help individuals addicted to heroin, opioid and/or methamphetamine.
