Clinicians Added to Springfield Area Roster

Prairie Cardiovascular is excited to welcome five new providers to its renowned cardiac group. These providers will join over 100 board-certified physicians and advanced practice clinicians, contributing to the Midwest's largest heart and vascular services provider in caring for patients throughout Illinois and beyond.
The following providers will be joining Prairie in Springfield in the coming weeks:

Dr. Issa reflected on his own journey to Prairie Cardiovascular. He joined nearly 20 years ago at the recommendation of his mentor, the chief of cardiology at Indiana University, who worked closely with Prairie's founder, Dr. James Dove, as part of the leadership team at the American College of Cardiology.
“Prairie has been at the forefront of cardiovascular care for more than four decades, and our commitment to excellence remains unwavering,” he said. “I am truly excited about the journey ahead and the remarkable achievements that await us. By harnessing the expertise of our dedicated team, including these new additions and those yet to come, Prairie will continue to lead as a center of excellence – setting the standard for cardiovascular care with impact and recognition, not only regionally, but also on the national stage.”
