ST. ELIZABETH'S CONVENIENT CARE IS A HOSPITAL OUTPATIENT URGENT CARE DEPARTMENT
It is recommended that you contact your insurance company as coverage may be different for services provided in a hospital outpatient department location. For services at the Convenient Care, you will receive a bill from the hospital as well as providers involved in your care.   

St. Elizabeth's Convenient Care is a better, faster and more comprehensive approach for patients needing care from a doctor after normal hours but do not necessarily need an emergency room. With experienced medical experts you know and trust and convenient evening and weekend hours, we're committed to delivering the highest level of care, right when you need it. The next time you're faced with an illness or minor injury and your doctor is unavailable, visit the one-stop clinic that was designed with your busy schedule in mind.

Lab and test results will not be given over the phone or printed out by staff. Please utilize MyChart. To obtain copies click Medical Records for instructions.
