SPRINGFIELD, IL – Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) today announced the appointment of Paulette Evans, RN, MSN, CPPS as President and CEO of HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital (SJB) in Breese, IL. Paulette has been serving as SJB’s interim President and CEO following the resignation of Mark Klosterman in June.

Fischer, who has more than 20 years of health care leadership experience, succeeds Daniel Perryman, who in March was appointed as President and CEO of St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur, IL.

SPRINGFIELD, IL - Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) today announced that Dr. Raymond Gensinger has accepted an invitation to serve as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS). Dr. Gensinger will begin his services with HSHS on August 18. He succeeds William Montgomery, who retired as CIO on July 11.

By publicly posting the following written disclosure, Hospital Sisters Services, Inc., as Obligated Group Agent on behalf of itself and the other members of the Obligated Group (the "Obligated Group Agent") as designated pursuant to the Second Amended and Restated Master Trust Indenture dated as of October 1, 2012, as supplemented and amended between the Obligated Group (defined therein) and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as master trustee, intends that market participants receive and use it for purposes of the independent registered municipal advisor exemption to the SEC Municipal Advisor Rule.
