Welcome from the Chief Nursing Officer
I am very proud to be the nursing leader for HSHS Holy Family Hospital. Hospital nursing has been my calling for over 25 years with most of my career being within the HSHS ministries. Five years ago, Greenville Regional Hospital invited me to become the Chief Nursing Officer of their talented nursing colleagues. In May of 2016, Greenville Regional Hospital transitioned to Hospital Sisters Health System and was renamed HSHS Holy Family Hospital and became the 14th hospital in the HSHS system. The affiliation allowed me to rejoin the HSHS family and bring some highly skilled nurses to help serve the mission of the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis. My personal experiences in healthcare have led me to instill in the nurses here at Holy Family the importance of purposeful interactions with each of our patients, and to see our patients as unique individuals.
Every day, I have the privilege of leading this team of highly skilled, compassionate nursing colleagues, who believe in creating a unique experience for each of our patients. The Nurse Practice Council for Holy Family chose the information you will see here about the nursing colleagues, and what we have to offer as a ministry. We are passionate about having nurses join our team who are dedicated to practicing the HSHS core values of Respect, Care, Competence and Joy.
Nursing at HSHS Holy Family Hospital is not just a job, it is a mission. That mission is to “reveal and embody Christ’s healing love for all people through our high quality Franciscan Health care ministry”. We hope that you will join us in our mission!
